The Event

In its more than 41-year history Art In The Park has grown to be the second largest art fair in Michigan.  Held every year in July, this 3-day event assembles over 400 artists from all over the country who display their work to nearly 300,000 attendees.  This art, music and food extravaganza was voted one of the “Gems of the Great Lakes” by AAA Magazine, and consistently ranking nationally as one of the top art fairs in the country by several national art publications including Sunshine Artist magazine.  Art In The Park was also listed in “The Best of Detroit” by HOUR Detroit Magazine!  Most recently Art In The Park was voted “Best Local Event” by the Detroit Free Press as part of their Best of the Best Community Choice Awards!
